- In order to shop at www.dockbutiken.com, you must register as a customer. You do that on "My Pages".
- Select the category and the product you are interested in, click "Add to cart." The product is automatically placed in your shopping cart.
- In the shopping cart, you will see the amount you have purchased for. If you want to see your products, remove or change the number, click on "Go to checkout".
- At the checkout, you log in or register as a customer (if you are not already logged in) or haven't shopped before.
- It is important that you enter the correct e-mail address as the order confirmation with your order number is sent to the address you enter.
- You check your order, choose how you want to pay and how the goods are to be shipped. You agree to our terms of purchase and proceed by clicking "Complete purchase". Payment is made by card via Paypal or get in touch if you want to pay directly to Dockbutiken bank account. When the payment is registered, your order is packed and sent.
- For delivery outside Sweden shipping/postage is updated to the current shipping cost to the respective country.
- Your order is sent to us at the same time you receive a confirmation by e-mail.
- Contact us if you have not received your order confirmation within 1 day.
- Packing of orders takes place primarily on Fridays and Saturdays during the store's opening hours, and after payment has been registered.
- Your goods are normally delivered within 14 days (our ambition is to deliver goods in stock to Postnord within a few days after payment is received).
- We reserve the right for possible delivery sales, final sales and price adjustments at the turn of the year.
- In the event of a return, you must contact us and get the correct return address, which is not the same as the store's address in Gothenburg.
